• SeenLens scans one public page and reports how visible the site is to AI search engines and AI agents. The scan is free.

• Scan only sites you own or may test. Do not overload, probe or attack a site, and do not bypass limits.

"SeenLens", "we" and "us" mean the service at seenlens.com, operated by a sole proprietor based in Hong Kong under the trade name SeenLens. Our legal identity is available on written request where the law requires it. "You" means the person using the service, or the organisation that person acts for. You can reach us at support@seenlens.com.

SeenLens scans one public web page and reports how visible the site is to AI search engines and AI agents. It does this with deterministic checks on the page, its robots.txt, llms.txt and a few related files. How SeenLens works describes the checks.

• Free scan. An overall score, five dimension scores and the top three issues with their cause, fix and evidence. When a page has fewer than three issues, the free scan shows what the page does well instead. No account is needed.
• AI Visibility Report. A one-time digital report for one page URL, priced at USD 49 unless a different price is shown at checkout. It lists every issue with its cause, fix and evidence, online and as a PDF.

A report is a snapshot of the page at the time of the scan. We may change, add or remove checks over time; each report records the rules version used to score it.

You may only scan pages on sites that you own or that you are allowed to test, for example a client's site with the client's permission. You must not:

• use SeenLens to probe, overload or attack any site or server;
• submit scans in bulk with scripts, or get around rate limits, the bot check on the scan form or any other protection;
• scan URLs that point to private networks, or try to make SeenLensBot reach systems that are not public;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to collect personal data from the sites you scan;
• copy, resell or offer the service itself as your own product.

You may share your reports with colleagues, clients and contractors. We may refuse, limit or stop scans and purchases that break these rules, without notice.

Checkout runs in one of two ways, and the checkout page names the seller: either Stripe processes the payment and SeenLens is the seller on your receipt, or the report is sold by our merchant of record partner (Paddle.com Market Ltd or Dodo Payments), which then takes the payment, issues the receipt, collects sales tax or VAT where required and processes refunds on our behalf. The payment processor's own terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are. The report is delivered online when payment succeeds, and you can download it as a PDF.

Every paid report comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. The refund policy explains how to ask for a refund and the few cases it does not cover.

SeenLens checks signals that AI search engines and agents rely on. It does not control those engines. We do not promise that following a report will improve your rankings, traffic, revenue or the chance that any AI system cites your site. Third-party engines change their crawlers and rules without notice, and our checks may lag behind those changes.

Reports are information, not professional advice. Test changes before you apply them to a live site, and keep backups.

You keep all rights in your site. By submitting a URL you allow us to fetch and analyse the page and the related files described on the SeenLensBot page, and to store the results as described in the privacy policy. You may use your reports for any lawful purpose. We may use statistics that do not identify you or your site to improve the checks.

We aim to keep SeenLens available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop parts of the service. Scan results, including paid reports, stay online for 90 days after the scan and are then deleted, so download the PDF if you want to keep a copy.

To the extent the law allows, the service and the reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report the claim relates to. For free scans, where you paid nothing, we have no liability for loss caused by relying on the result. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using SeenLens at any time. We may stop providing the service to you if you break these terms. Sections 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after that.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. The courts of the Hong Kong SAR have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection that the mandatory consumer laws of your country give you.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to scans and purchases made after that date. Questions about these terms go to support@seenlens.com.
